Pricing
A realistic idea of cost before we talk
Imaging projects can vary considerably, but pricing should not be a mystery. The ranges below are intended to give you a useful starting point.
Every project begins with a discussion of what you are trying to accomplish. We define the scope, deliverables, schedule, and price before work begins. If a simpler approach will accomplish the objective, we'll recommend it.
What affects price?
Size and complexity of the property or site, access, capture conditions, required detail, number of visits, processing requirements, final deliverables, and licensing requirements can all affect cost.
Equipment by itself does not determine the price. We select the capture method based on what the finished work needs to accomplish.
Property Marketing

Property Film / Promotional Video | Short-form visual storytelling for properties, architecture, and projects. | From $750 |
Photography + Aerial | Property photography supplemented with aerial still imagery when the setting, land, architecture, or surrounding context benefits from another perspective. | From $650 |
Property Photography | High-quality interior, exterior, and architectural photography. Final pricing depends primarily on property size, complexity, and intended use. | From $450 |
Builder & Architect Documentation
Spatial documentation is provided as a record of observed conditions and is not a licensed survey, inspection, engineering certification, or substitute for services provided by the appropriate licensed professional.
Service | Description | Price |
|---|---|---|
Multi-Visit Project Documentation | Baseline capture followed by scheduled construction milestones and final documentation. | Custom Project Pricing |
Pre-Drywall Spatial Documentation | A detailed spatial and visual record of framing, utilities, mechanical systems, and other visible conditions before they are concealed. | From $1,500 |
Construction Progress Capture | Repeat spatial and visual documentation at agreed construction milestones. | Typically $900 - $1500 per recurring visit |
Existing Conditions / Terrestrial Laser Scaning | Registered three-dimensional capture for renovation planning, design reference, documentation, and visualization. | From $1,500 |
Site Imaging & Spatial Documentation
Service | Description | Price |
|---|---|---|
Thermal & Multispectral Imaging | Project Specific | |
Aerial LiDAR | Pricing depends on acreage, terrain, vegetation, access, required density, and deliverables. Smaller sites typically begin in the low thousands. | Project Specific |
Aerial Mapping & Site Documentaion | Possible deliverables may include aerial imagery, orthomosaics, point clouds, elevation models, terrain representations, and contour products. | From $1,500 |
3D & Interactive Visualization
Service | Description | Price |
|---|---|---|
Complex Digital Property Documentation | Combination of aerial data, terrestrial scanning, conventional photography, 3DGS, and interactive presentation | Project Specific |
High-Detail Gaussian Splat / 3D Capture | Detailed image-based three-dimensional capture using high-resolution still imagery and a capture strategy appropriate to the property or subject | From $1,250 |
Exploratory Projects
Have an idea but aren't sure what you need?
Some of the most interesting projects begin without a predefined deliverable. We can start with a limited exploratory engagement, produce something representative, evaluate the result together, and decide whether it makes sense to continue.
Exploratory engagements typically begin around $500–$1,000.
The initial scope is defined in advance so experimentation remains useful without becoming open-ended.
